Debbie was born on April 28, 1951 and passed away on Tuesday, July 17, 2018.

Debbie was a resident of Portland, Oregon at the time of passing.

She attended Jason Lee grade school and graduated from Madison High School in 1969, where she was on rally and the Rose Festival Court.
